No. CTP provides a means for users to "coin" phrases and produce and sell merchandise printed with their phrase. We do not provide generalized e-commerce services such as with a storefront service.

How Do I Coin A Phrase?

There are three ways to Coin a Phrase with CTP: Free, Paid, and Affiliated. Coining a phrase for Free (no charge) will enter a phrase into the CTP database, which is a global repository of phrases. A Paid coining will enter a phrase into the database and associate that phrase with the user's account. The fee for a coining is $1.99 USD An Affiliated user's coinings allow the user to participate in revenue earned from sales of merchandise bearing the phrases coined by the Affiliated user. Affiliation lasts for one year and may be renewed. Affiliation costs $9.99 USD.

How can I market merchandise printed with the phrase I coin?

You may post links to your merchandise anywhere on the web. Further, CTP provides affiliate marketing support on popular social networking sites including Twitter. Facebook and Myspace support is coming.

Do I own the phrase I coined?

CTP does not enter or settle issues of copyright and ownership. Coining a phrase involves adding a phrase and attribution to a CTP user into the CTP database, which is timestamped. It is the users' sole responsibility to not infringe on the copyright of others.

Why do you collect Affiliates' Social Security or Tax ID numbers?

CTP shares revenue on merchandise sold with its Affiliated users. As such, we need to provide Afiliated users with tax documenting that income.
